Samurai teachings can still be found today in modern day society with the martial art Kendo, meaning the way of the sword.Fine miniature reproduction of a bust standing on a pedestal, equipped with armour (gusoku), helmet (kabuto) provided with a war mask (somen) and shield, worn by a Samurai warrior of the 17th century, protagonist of the last battles for the predominance in Japan. The struggle ended after the peace imposed by Tokugawa clan. Bust and pedestal are made in plastic materials, while the equipment is made in cast metal with components in burnished silver or golden finish.
